About The Position

We are looking for a Logistics Assistant to join our Studio team in Milan.

Requirements

• Previous experience working within a logistic facility/a showroom/an e-commerce/in retail
• Extremely organized and reliable, able to work with and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• English skills, verbal and written, are mandatory
• Excel and Google sheets knowledge is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the Logistics team with any task needed including unpacking, organization and repacking of samples and deliveries, for Menswear, Kidswear and Life
• Ensuring all logistics areas are kept organized
• Ensure and advocate that all product as well as samples are handled with care
• Ensure all internal and external orders arrive accordingly
• Ensure the data regarding all the orders and goods within the photo studio is organized and updated at all times
• Assist the logistics team throughout all stages of the logistic cycle including the inventory process
• Proactively think of ways to improve efficiency and support its implementation
