About The Position

Orchard is expanding to the greater Nashville, TN area in early 2025 and we are looking for a customer-focused, licensed and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our founding team there. At Orchard Brokerage, you can grow your business with the team that's redefining the real estate experience. You'll get high-quality seller appointments, access to unique client products to help you close, and the support you need for you and your clients to thrive. Get up to 4 seller appointments a month and make an extra $50-70k a year.

Requirements

• An active and unrestricted Tennessee real estate license.
• Located in the Nashville/Mount Juliet area.
• Some residential real estate transaction experience or a strong sales background.
• Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• A drive for results balanced with strong collaboration skills and humility.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to home-selling clients.
• Manage up to 50 appointments a year with motivated home-selling customers.
• Utilize unique products and services to assist clients in selling their homes.
• Coordinate transactions and provide support throughout the selling process.
• Engage with clients and colleagues effectively, both in writing and verbally.
