About The Position

The Licensed Practical Nurse working in the Horizon Wellness Clinics are responsible for the overall medical care of assigned individuals, including the service delivery of basic nursing assessments; delivery of client/family education and diagnostic procedures; consultation with physicians; and carrying out of doctor's orders. FT positions for child and adult nursing are available.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a course of study that allows for licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of VA.
• One year of experience providing nursing services as an LPN or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
