About The Position

The position is for a part-time lecturer in History at Windward Community College for the Fall 2024, Spring 2025, and Summer 2025 semesters. The role is temporary and non-tenurial, pending availability of funds and actual staffing requirements. The lecturer will be responsible for teaching assigned courses in the discipline and/or interdisciplinary studies, maintaining office hours, preparing course syllabi and reports, and working under the supervision of the department chairperson. Duties may also include working with multimedia presentations and distance education instruction.

Requirements

• Master's degree in History from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities
