Learning System Specialist ( Onsite - Hybrid)

Syndigo is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team as an Instructional Designer and Learning Administrator. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing training content, collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs, and providing technical support for the learning management system. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a strong problem-solving ability. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Syndigo's learning and development arm.

• Instructional designing: Design and develop training content and videos using input from subject matter experts (SMEs) and implement a blended learning approach.
• Learning Administration: Collaborate and consult with business functions, customers, and partners to understand their training requirements and assist with the implementation and deployment of training programs.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot and report support issues for the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Project Support: Develop dashboards and reports to support migration projects, organize information and data for import, communicate project status, and engage stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in email and online meetings.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, including filtering and sorting large volumes of data.
• Problem-solving skills with high energy and enthusiasm.
