The Learning and Development Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of the Learning Management System (LMS), including user management, course uploads, tracking training completion, generating reports, and resolving technical issues. The Learning and Development Coordinator works closely with the L&D team, subject matter experts (SMEs), and employees to support learning initiatives at all levels, to ensure training is delivered efficiently and compliance is maintained.
