About The Position

The Lead, Talent Management - Career Development role is an enterprise corporate-level position responsible for managing the Education Assistance Program and leading career development initiatives within the Talent and Inclusion Organization (TIO) at L3Harris. This position involves overseeing program communication, training, marketing, vendor relationships, and the annual career development week, while shaping talent and learning strategies for the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong project management skills, concurrently managing multiple projects.
  • Experience with learning management administration tools, SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
  • Course design using Articulate or other design software.

Responsibilities

  • Manage third-party education assistance administrator including system set-up, ongoing process improvements, annual invoicing, and contract administration.
  • Ownership of the internal education assistance policy and procedure including program marketing, training and communication, resolution of escalated questions or issues, managing L3Harris university partnerships, graduate recognition, and annual program metrics.
  • Ownership of enterprise-level career development tools and resources.
  • Program management of annual career development week including creating annual theme, coordinating speakers and event content, leading an enterprise event team to create marketing materials and event registration site, planning and producing virtual events during the event week, and tracking and reporting on event metrics.
  • Represent the learning and performance team on the TIO communications council.
  • Support HR development programs and resources.
  • Ownership of third-party HR research tools including contract management, marketing and onboarding, license management, and utilization reporting.
  • Functional learning support, content development, and LMS administration as required.
