Lead Solutions Architect

The Lead Solution Design Architect, CRM (Marketing Technology) at Allergan Data Labs will be responsible for driving clarity and workflow efficiencies for the marketing technology engineering program. They will serve as a subject matter expert of the CRM platform, overseeing and maintaining the marketing technology stack architecture. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing best practices, and maintaining thorough documentation. Strong communication, technical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are required for success in this role.

• Serve as subject matter expert of the CRM (Braze) platform
• Help cross-functional team members within marketing, data, engineering, and product translate their business needs into the design, configuration, and implementation of marketing technology solutions
• Oversee and maintain overall marketing technology stack architecture anchored around CDP and CRM (Braze and Segment)
• Work closely with marketing teams to ensure CRM features and integrations enable self-service usage and marketing automation
• Utilize the CDP data exported to Braze for email automation, A/B testing, engagement analysis, etc.
• Understand business strategy and supporting processes by leading effective conversations with various stakeholders to drive the right architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams through project phases from requirements definition to rollout
• Contribute to thought leadership and tribal knowledge by developing best practices and maintaining thorough documentation
• Implement and manage CRM solutions and marketing technology integrations to CRM platforms
• Have a strong technical background within software or data engineering functions or close working proximity to such
• Possess strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills
• Have knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, and prior advisory experience relevant to industry-specific business and technology function
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with different personality types across cross-functional teams

• 4+ years of experience in implementing and managing CRM solutions and marketing technology integrations to CRM platforms
• 2+ years of experience in Braze
• Strong technical background within software or data engineering functions or close working proximity to such
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills
• Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments, and prior advisory experience relevant to industry-specific business and technology function
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with many different personality types across cross-functional teams
