About The Position
The Lead Property Management Coordinator assists the Service Center Property Manager that Leads an off-market service center team of Property Management Coordinators, which supports Property Management and other internal departments. Supervise key tasks which include CAM Recon and Landlord workorder processing. Other key responsibilities include processing complex CAM Reconciliations and multifaceted Landlord WOs including the resolution of issues related to these tasks. The position will be based in Boise, ID.
