About the position
We are seeking a visionary Lead Product Manager to drive the expansion of our Mobile business. This role is crucial in achieving our goal of increasing the impact of our mobile app. The successful candidate will be data-driven, possess problem-solving skills, and have a strong commitment to team success. Responsibilities include delivering a market-leading mobile learning experience, analyzing performance metrics, setting ambitious goals, and guiding an agile development team. Additionally, the candidate will establish a shared vision and roadmap for the Mobile product, fostering cross-functional alignment.
Responsibilities
- Scope and deliver a mobile learning experience that is widely recognized as a market leader
- Define, analyze, and leverage key performance metrics to evaluate and report on the success of our Mobile product
- Set, monitor, and achieve ambitious goals that capitalize on our Mobile product’s business opportunities
- Serve as the product manager for an agile development team, guiding it towards the achievement of shared goals
- Establish a shared vision and roadmap for the Mobile product across the company, fostering cross-functional alignment
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years experience in product management
- Demonstrated experience in growing consumer products, preferably in the Mobile or SaaS space
- Data-driven mindset and ability to solve complex problems
- Strong commitment to team success
- Ability to define, analyze, and leverage key performance metrics
- Experience in setting and achieving ambitious goals
- Experience in serving as a product manager for an agile development team
- Ability to establish a shared vision and roadmap for the Mobile product
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
