About the position
The job overview for this role is to ensure the optimal experience of customers, partners, and captains on a daily basis in the Careem food operations. This includes identifying and solving operational issues in real time, enhancing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), collaborating with various teams to deliver the best experience for all stakeholders, leveraging data analytics for insights and decision-making, managing stakeholders to drive growth and enhance customer experience, continuously improving processes, and facilitating the rollout of new product features. The role requires a strong understanding of operations and supply performance, as well as the ability to analyze large data sets to drive business goals.
Responsibilities
- Ensure optimal experience of customers, partners, and captains on a daily basis
- Identify and solve ops issues in real time
- Enhance and track overall performance metrics such as C/R, reliability, and delivery time
- Collaborate with training, commercial, and supply teams to deliver the best experience for customers, captains, and partners
- Leverage insights from analytics data to provide analyses, reports, and dashboards for ops initiatives
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and enhance customer experience
- Analyze data to make decisions and continuous process improvements for a consistent world-class customer experience
- Work cross-functionally to drive preemptive CX improvement actions via data analytics, process, and live on-ground operations
- Facilitate product rollouts and drive adoption of new features
- Have a strong understanding of operations and supply performance and the ability to analyze large data sets to find actionable insights
- 2+ years of work experience in an Operations role is highly desirable
- Hold a Masters or Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, or Data Analytics from a reputable institution.
