About the position
Rise Interactive is seeking a Lead Data Engineer for their Innovation team in Mexico City. The ideal candidate should be self-directed, detail-oriented, and thrive in an entrepreneurial culture. As a Lead Data Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers in building and maintaining Connex, the company's industry-leading multi-channel media optimization platform. The role involves turning high-level business missions into fully architected end-to-end solutions, including performant ETL applications, integrated schema designs, and efficient data access patterns. Responsibilities
- Contribute to the production code base and provide ongoing maintenance and support
- Champion good team practices such as unit testing and build/test automation by mentoring and performing code reviews
- Stay abreast of new and innovative trends in software development and the web and data software product space
- Participate in technical discovery while collaborating with product managers, scrum masters, project managers, engineers, testers, and designers throughout the product lifecycle

Benefits
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- Experience implementing media technologies or site analytics in support of Paid Search, SEO, Paid Social, or Programmatic strategies
- Demonstrated effective team task management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Ability to use operational ticketing and project management tools

- Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity.
- Experience implementing media or site analytic platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Google Search Ads 360, Invoca, Google Campaign Manager, Meta, LinkedIn, Amazon Advertising, etc).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Experience with Search Ads 360, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads
- Experience with Google Search Console
- Experience with Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, Tiktok, or Reddit
- Experience with Display & Video 360 or Campaign Manager 360
- Experience with TheTradeDesk
- Experience working remotely
