About The Position

The purpose of this position is to provide leadership, direction and oversight of the system reform and continuous improvement departments. This would also include the Training Department, L2L management system, continuous improvement, and budget plant support. The Lead Coordinator will work closely with senior management to support budget planning, operational efficiency, and the overall enhancement of plant functions.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree in Business or Related Field (or equivalent experience and education)
  • Minimum of 5 years related work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience with project and change management
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Basic level proficiency in Windows, MSWord, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Well organized and deadline oriented

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in automotive industry is a plus
  • Customer Relations Experience
