About The Position
As a Lead Business Analyst, Performance Management and Insights, you will develop data strategies to improve how we measure the business, strategy, and operational performance of the Global Manufacturing & Supply organization. You will perform complex data research and analysis to support business operations. You will create data mining architectures, statistical reporting, and data analysis methodologies to identify trends in large datasets. By applying knowledge of existing and latest data science principles, inform business decisions and contribute to Takeda's mission. You will report to the Head, Performance Management & Insights.
