The Mechanical Engineering Intern at Kohler Co. will support the development and refinement of mechanical systems and components, focusing on projects related to robotics, CAD design, and manufacturing processes.   • Conduct analyses, such as tolerance and stress assessments, to validate design integrity and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Document designs, findings, and testing processes to support knowledge sharing and facilitate future development.
  • Must be actively enrolled in a degree program from an accredited university with a major in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is required.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment.
