The Mechanical Engineering Intern at Kohler Co. will support the development and refinement of mechanical systems and components, focusing on projects related to robotics, CAD design, and manufacturing processes. Conduct analyses, such as tolerance and stress assessments, to validate design integrity and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Document designs, findings, and testing processes to support knowledge sharing and facilitate future development.

Must be actively enrolled in a degree program from an accredited university with a major in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is required.
Must be self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred experience includes exposure to robotics, automation, or manufacturing processes.
