About the position

We are looking for an organised and committed account manager to grow our Agency and TMC accounts. Building relationships and problem-solving with our partners represent our brand and are key to the continued success of Blacklane.
Responsibilities
- Communicate the requirements of partners internally and collaborate with colleagues across departments to fulfill them
- Find innovative solutions to support the growth of accounts while maintaining service standards and commercial balance
- Train and educate partners on the Blacklane product and solutions
- Lead regular meetings with partners to maintain and strengthen the partnership
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
- Manage complex projects and engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Foster strong relationships and be a team player
- Be highly motivated, ambitious, and action-oriented
- Have strong analytical skills and a focus on targets and numbers
- Possess advanced skills in Microsoft Office and G-Suite products, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
- Uphold ethical business practices and contribute to a strong company culture
- Continuously learn and actively participate in internal learning communities

Requirements
