About the position

Join the evolution of chauffeuring and build the global Blacklane for Business proposition. We're on a mission to reinvent chauffeuring by merging new technologies with the best service quality. We are looking for an organised and committed account manager to grow our Agency and TMC accounts. Building relationships and problem-solving with our partners represent our brand and are key to the continued success of Blacklane.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate the requirements of partners internally and collaborate with colleagues across departments to fulfill them
  • Find innovative solutions to support the growth of accounts while maintaining service standards and commercial balance
  • Train and educate partners on the Blacklane product and solutions
  • Lead regular meetings with partners to maintain and strengthen the partnership
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Manage complex projects and engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Foster strong relationships and be a team player
  • Be highly motivated, ambitious, and action-oriented
  • Have strong analytical skills and a focus on targets and numbers
  • Possess advanced skills in Microsoft Office and G-Suite products, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
  • Uphold ethical business practices and contribute to a strong company culture
  • Continuously learn and actively participate in internal learning communities
  • Enjoy flexible working hours and the option for remote work.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage complex projects and engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong team player and relationship-oriented
  • Highly motivated and ambitious, with a bias for action
  • Target and numbers-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Advanced skills with using Microsoft Office and G-Suite products, e.g. Excel, Powerpoint
  • Safe handling of common sales tools, e.g. Salesforce
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Upbeat and enthusiastic
