About The Position
The Eastchester School District is seeking an experienced and motivated candidate to fill the probationary civil service position of Junior Accountant, reporting to the Assistant Superintendent for Business and the Assistant Business Manager/Treasurer. In order to be considered for this vacancy, candidates must either hold permanent status in the civil service title of Junior Accountant or have successfully passed the required civil service examination for the title of Junior Accountant, and be reachable on the corresponding list of eligibles. A provisional appointment can only be considered in the absence of a valid list of eligibles.
