About The Position

The IT Systems Manager is responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure of the organization, ensuring efficient and effective operation of all systems across various locations, including retail sites. This role involves managing IT projects, supporting retail IT systems, and optimizing the performance of point of sale systems in a grocery/retail environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, retail systems, and networking systems, ideally with direct experience with ACE TOSHIBA point of sales systems or similar.
• Experience with Enterprise Retail Software and/or Cloud Data storage systems such as Infor Cloudsuite retail, Flooid, Epicor retail Solutions, NCR Counterpoint, Retail Pro, or BR Data systems.
• Familiarity with Hobart Scales and sales systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• A collaborative approach and a strong communication and leadership style.
• Ability to work with end-users with varying levels of tech savvy.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Provide technical support and guidance to retail stores and staff.
