Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Six (6) years of experience in IT management, governance, or related roles.
  • Proven leadership, team development, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong management skills, expertise in budget planning, financial management, and workforce management.
  • Deep understanding of IT strategic planning, governance, operating models, and change management.
  • Experience leading large-scale organizational and technology change.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fifteen (15) years of experience in IT, with a significant portion in senior leadership positions.
  • Business-minded, strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and analytical problem-solver.
  • Experience devising, executing, and reinforcing new cross-functional IT processes and ways of working.
