About The Position

The IT Service Desk Analyst at Ernest Health is a remote full-time position focused on providing specialized support for IT services within the organization. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree preferred.
• Prior Help Desk/Service Desk Support experience required.
• Windows Laptop or Desktop support experience required.
• Windows based printer installation/troubleshooting experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Active Directory accounts preferred.
• Service Desk + or Help Desk Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Ernest Service Desk function by providing IT support to hospital staff, employees, vendors, and consulting medical staff.
• Identify problems and document issues for effective resolution.
• Communicate with customers and IT support staff to resolve hardware and application issues.
• Handle user and hardware requests to fulfill staff requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for documentation and resolution of tier one issues.
