  • Assist in recruiting and mentoring team members while fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Employ project management best practices, including risk monitoring, issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and team leadership.
  • 8+ years of combined experience in IT project, program, and/or portfolio management.
  • 4+ years of experience leading multiple concurrent projects with cross-team dependencies.

  • Demonstrated experience as a program manager overseeing a program that encompasses both delivery and operational responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, using sound judgment to analyze variable factors and make decisions in ambiguous situations.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle models and experience leading to program delivery.
  • Expert knowledge of traditional project management principles and Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with the ability to effectively blend these frameworks to suit the specific needs of a project and business environment.
