About The Position
The IT Business Analyst acts as a critical connector, translating business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring that technology initiatives align with business goals, thus bridging the gap between the two domains. As a member of VELCO's Information Technology team, you will partner with various departments to translate business needs to enhance technology solutions, business performance, and efficiency. The position requires adaptability, creativity, teamwork, collaboration, organization, troubleshooting skills, and a strong commitment to customer service.
