About the position
We are seeking an IT Application Engineer to join our team at BillionToOne. As an Application Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing our billing integrations platform on the iPaaS platform. Your responsibilities will include developing integration solutions to support cross-functional needs, establishing best design and implementation practices, and building scalable integration solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience with Mulesoft iPaaS, API development, and SDLC. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our molecular diagnostics company.
Responsibilities
- Establish the Mulesoft Platform within the Business Applications Team
- Develop integration solutions for cross-functional needs, integrating key SaaS systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Xifin, AWS, Tableau, and Postgres DW with other SaaS applications and internal platforms
- Create architecture and design documentation for "Day 2" support and team-level presentations
- Implement best design and implementation practices for scalable integration solutions using Mule 4+ technology
- Build integration strategy based on principles of reusability, security, scalability, and quality using Mulesoft Platform
- Build rapidly growing systems that balance time to market, usability, reliability, and technical debt
- Work with cross-functional teams and document detailed MuleSoft Process flows
- Establish best-in-class MuleSoft Application Packaging and Deployment Strategies
- Be an open and helpful engineer to support others
- Bachelor's or Master's degree required
- 5+ years of Mulesoft iPaaS experience
- 5+ years of API Development experience in SFDC/Java/NetSuite
- 5+ years of SDLC and relevant coding experience, including leading setting up processes and scaling operations for high-

- Base pay range of $130,000-$170,000 per year
