About the position
Coactive is seeking a dedicated and experienced IT administrator to join their team and contribute to the company's growth in terms of personnel and technological advancements. The role involves aiding in the creation and implementation of processes and technologies to uphold the IT infrastructure, including asset management, data security, and access management. The IT administrator will also be responsible for enhancing onboarding and offboarding procedures, implementing solutions aligned with business requirements, managing assets and procurement processes, and overseeing physical endpoint management. Additionally, they will monitor systems, conduct preventive maintenance, and establish an end-user knowledge base.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Extensive understanding of Corporate SaaS
- 5+ years of hands-on involvement in a senior IT support, administrator, or operations Engineer role
- Proficiency in practical network topology design, configuration, and issue resolution, along with a solid grasp of firewall best practices
- Preferred background in G-Suite management, Mac setup, and supervision, and experience in deploying and managing MDM solutions
- Familiarity with cloud environments e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure, DevOps & SecOps experience is a plus
- Outstanding written and verbal communication aptitude
