About The Position

The IS Project Manager for Tenet's PMO is responsible for leading the implementation of various technology initiatives across the enterprise. This role involves executing strategic and tactical programs based on leadership direction, managing vendor relationships, and coordinating matrixed teams to support program objectives. The Project Manager ensures that business cases are completed, success measures are defined, resource assignments are planned, and project deliverables are met on time while adhering to Tenet's standard methodologies.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years as a strategic Project Manager of progressively complex initiatives preferred.
• Solid Healthcare and Infrastructure system implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles.
• Industry standard process management certification preferred (e.g., Project Management Institute's Project Management or Agile Professional).
• Bachelor's degree in project management, healthcare, or computer science preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Apptio financial management or equivalent financial management tool.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma.
