About The Position

Additionally, the UNC Department of Pharmacy is nationally recognized for excellence in pharmacy practice and has received numerous ASHP Best Practices Awards in Health-System Pharmacy. Research is a core mission for UNC Health and Investigational Drug Services (IDS) is at the epicenter of cutting-edge trials. IDS manages the distributional operations and billing of over 500 trials. There is a full-service General and Oncology Investigational Drug Services team onsite at UNC Medical Center located at Central Operations in Morrisville, North Carolina with supporting satellites across the UNC System including North Carolina Cancer Hospital (NCCH) that prepares and dispenses investigational therapies for patients being treated at UNC Health. These therapies are administered at the Medical Center or other system locations.
