About The Position
The Paraprofessional I and II positions in Exceptional Student Education are designed to support students with special needs in a school environment. These roles require adherence to all county, state, and federal policies and procedures while providing academic, emotional, and physical support to students. The paraprofessionals will assist in preparing instructional materials, perform clerical tasks, and participate in lesson planning sessions. They will also be involved in special activities related to student care and will maintain the confidentiality of student information. The positions require a commitment to exceptional customer service and professional practices.
