About The Position

Responsibilities

• Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, and job descriptions in accordance with recruitment standards.
• Perform higher-level duties in the recruitment and selection process, including shortlisting candidates and coordinating interviews.
• Respond to enquiries from candidates and external agencies regarding recruitment activities and job vacancies.
• Contact candidates, arrange interview times, and develop interview questions in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Interview, test, rank, check references, and select candidates based on pre-established criteria.
• Prepare job offer materials to provide successful candidates with necessary information.
• Represent the organization at job fairs and recruitment venues to attract potential candidates.
• Conduct employee orientation and introductory training for new employees.
