About The Position

Reports to the Director of Internal Communications, MUSC Health System. Manages Internal Communications for clinical applications and other health system-wide internal communications. Ensures that all internal communications are aligned with the organization’s branding and strategic intent. Informs care team members and influences their understanding of leadership initiatives and decisions. When given the opportunity to plan, will create messaging that helps care team members navigate change management regarding clinical applications.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent
• 4-6 years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities

• Manages the weekly creation and dissemination of Know the Ropes, the Epic Newsletter to all Epic users across the Health System.
• Manages the weekly creation and dissemination of Clinical Connections, the health system newsletter.
• Manages the daily creation and dissemination of Safely Speaking, the health system newsletter.
• Manages Health System Town Halls to ensure relevant and meaningful content is communicated to all care team members in the health system.
• Supports the MCP Clinical Leader Meeting monthly virtual meetings.
• Serves as the back-up Emergency Event Communicator for the Health System.
