Responsibilities
- Empower interns to turn their dreams into actual achievements
- Accelerate interns' technical capabilities by giving them real-life projects that will leave a lasting impact on the organization
- Help interns familiarize themselves with what it feels like to work in a hyper-growth, high-performing organization where they will be able to converse with multiple individuals across different backgrounds and seniority
- Leverage e-learning tools, which will be available to interns throughout the internship program
- Look for innovative, strategic individuals who can work in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Provide available opportunities in Human Resource/Psychology/Business Management/Operations Management
- Require analytical and excellent report writing and presentation skills
- Look for candidates with amazing leadership and time management qualities which can be showcased by their additional extra-curricular activities
- Require candidates to participate in the program for a minimum of 4 to 6 months
- Require good command of English both written and spoken
- Require candidates to be a resident in Malaysia or have the rights to work in Malaysia.
