We are seeking a Data Management intern to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about Computer Science, business analysis and developing automation around manual process. The Data Management intern will interface with our Data Management team, among others within iTradeNetwork to engage directly with strategic projects that impact our clients and the industry.

Requirements

• Some familiarity with automation languages such as Python or Javascript is helpful.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and machine learning principles.
• Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch or similar is a plus.
• Basic SQL knowledge for querying and analyzing data in relational databases.
• Exposure to tools like RPA platforms or workflow automation tools.
• Experience with process visualization software (e.g., LucidChart, Miro).
• Ability to map out workflows and identify inefficiencies.
• Aptitude for breaking down complex problems into manageable tasks.
• Ability to clearly articulate technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Strong writing skills for documenting process-optimization solutions.
• Experience working on group projects or cross-functional teams (even in academic settings).
• Courses in automation, data analytics, AI, or systems engineering is a big plus.
• Participation in hackathons or other activities showcasing strong problem solving skills.
