Intermediate Learning Designer (6 Month FTC)

• Create new learning content, including writing and designing
• Implement changes to existing courses based on review and feedback
• Improve the quality of bootcamps by ensuring accurate, relevant, understandable, and error-free information in tasks
• Identify and manage inter-task dependencies
• Ensure content alignment to accreditation requirements
• Review and overhaul existing courses when necessary, focusing on structuring content for optimal learning quality
• Design the flow of new courses and create or collaborate with SMEs to create necessary material (tutorials, tasks, example code, additional resources)
• Maintain academic integrity of content
• Regularly research new and updated concepts to keep bootcamp content up-to-date

• 3+ years of experience in Learning Design
• Experience in writing and editing technical work e.g. software development
