About The Position

An Interim Imaging Director is needed to oversee imaging operations across four hospitals and four clinics, including a breast center and dedicated imaging facilities. This role reports to the Vice President of Administration. Key responsibilities include improving radiology turnaround times, recruiting new radiologists, maintaining structured team processes, and supporting local leadership through regular site visits and visible engagement. The ideal candidate will have multi-site radiology leadership experience, strong process improvement skills, and a balanced, supportive leadership style. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills are essential. Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• ARRT certification required.
• Minimum of five years of progressive radiology leadership experience, ideally in a multi-facility environment.
