• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
• Medical Assistant (MA) experience
• Familiarity with medical terminology and basic insurance processes

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently enter acute and chronic referrals for specialty infusion medications.
• Manage faxes, upload documents, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Resolve billing holds by collaborating with internal teams and referral sources.
• Serve as a forward-facing contact for patients, providing professional support via phone and email.
• Answer incoming phone calls, address patient inquiries, and provide timely resolutions.
• Communicate and relay information to and from Account Executives, Pharmacy, Authorization Teams, Nursing, and referral sources.
• Ensure seamless coordination between departments to facilitate excellent patient care.
• Utilize knowledge of insurance basics and specialty infusion medications to assist with daily operations.
