Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop and implement innovative instructional strategies and materials.
  • Utilize best practices in instructional design and accessibility to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Participate in curriculum development projects with other department members and academic stakeholders.
  • Integrate emerging technologies, innovative strategies, multimedia assets, generative AI, and immersive experiences into course design and delivery.
  • Curate VR/AR experiences and simulations that enhance learning outcomes and personalize learning experiences.
  • Produce professional videos and multimedia assets for course delivery, professional development, training, and other content.
  • Develop and maintain supplemental or tutorial materials to assist faculty and students in the use of instructional technologies.
  • Train faculty on the use of new and existing instructional technologies.
  • Participate in collaborative projects and initiatives to promote best practices in educational technology.
  • Use data analytics to inform instructional strategies, personalize learning experiences, and improve student outcomes.
  • Develop and implement assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of instructional innovations.
  • Utilize data-driven insights for ongoing improvement and to demonstrate the impact of new technologies on learning outcomes.
