About The Position

Elliott Feldman Law Group is seeking a proactive Inside Salesperson to connect potential clients with estate planning services. This role is crucial in ensuring clients receive the necessary guidance during critical times, working closely with attorneys and contributing to the firm's growth and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years B2C experience, preferably in high-pressure sales (e.g., timeshares, car sales)
  • Comfortable with assertive sales tactics and objection handling
  • Ability to memorize/deliver scripts naturally (acting experience a plus)
  • Strong extemporaneous speaking skills
  • Confident and professional demeanor
  • Located in Pacific time zone
  • Self-starter who thrives in a target-oriented environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients in emotionally sensitive circumstances
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with the legal industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients via virtual consultations to assess their estate planning needs.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and firm leadership to provide expert guidance during the initial stages of the client's legal journey.
  • Proactively manage sales leads, follow up on inquiries, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with potential clients after sales meetings to maintain engagement and address any questions.
  • Accurately document detailed notes in the online system for future reference.
  • Schedule regular meetings with management to provide updates and discuss strategies.
