About the position
The job overview for the Inside Sales Representative role is to support two Account Executives in lead generation and opportunity creation. The ISR will also be responsible for conducting outbound sales activities, building and maintaining a sales pipeline, nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, and collaborating with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies. Additionally, the ISR will conduct product presentations and demonstrations, maintain accurate sales records, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales activities to identify and engage with prospective customers in the call center industry.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by effectively managing and nurturing leads through the sales cycle.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in customer organizations to understand their needs and challenges.
- Proactively follow up with leads and inquiries generated through various channels, such as marketing campaigns, events/trade shows, website inquiries, and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales Account Executives to develop and execute effective sales strategies, including lead qualification, pipeline management, and deal closure.
- Conduct product presentations, webinars, and online demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our workforce management software.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts in the CRM system.
Requirements
- The Inside Sales Representative will be aligned with two Account Executives.
- The primary focus for the ISR is lead generation and opportunity creation within the accounts assigned to their Account Executives.
- A percentage of the revenue (ACV) associated with closed opportunities with their aligned Account Executives will be paid to the ISR.
- Eventually, an ISR will be assigned their own accounts and receive commission when they are closed.
- The ISR will operate as part of the Account Executive’s team throughout the entire sales cycle.
