Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify customers' unique home situations and schedule appointments for Sales Consultants.
  • Communicate effectively and show empathy as the first point of contact with customers.
  • Skillfully overcome objections by addressing concerns and reinforcing the value of our service.
  • Provide world-class customer service with the methodology, resources, and dedicated coaches provided.
