About the position
The job overview for this role is to become the clients' favorite person by rapidly responding to inbound inquiries, making connections, and setting appointments on behalf of our customers. The primary responsibility is to uncover new sales opportunities by engaging older leads in our clients' databases through text, email, and phone prospecting. The role also involves developing a deep understanding of clients' businesses and real estate markets, leading high-level discovery calls with prospects, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. The ideal candidate should be a licensed real estate agent with sales experience, have a track record of high achievement, and possess strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Rapidly respond to inbound inquiries on behalf of customers
- Make connections and set appointments
- Uncover new sales opportunities by engaging older leads in clients' databases
- Conduct high volume prospecting (100-200 activities per day) to qualify potential customers
- Source, identify, and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails
- Develop a deep understanding of Curaytor clients' businesses and real estate markets
- Lead high-level discovery calls and conversations with prospects
- Build and maintain rapport with prospects by gaining a clear understanding of their goals
- Route qualified opportunities to the Curaytor agent for further development and closure
- Continuously develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Meet and strive to exceed all monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
Requirements
- Active licensed real estate agent with real estate sales experience (required)
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate (highly preferred)
- Track record of high achievement
- Motivated and resilient individual comfortable handling objections and rejection
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience thriving in a remote work environment
- Experience using CRM software, customer communication platforms, and phone dialers
- Proficiency using G-Suite products
