In this role, you will develop short/mid/long-term industry/segment forecasts and conduct detailed market share analysis. You will be responsible for conducting a monthly sales gap analysis (PDCA) to determine the root cause of sales shortfalls and develop a clear explanation and narrative for Executives. Recommend supply requirements considering sales plan and production capabilities and set appropriate inventory levels to support the retail sales plan. Additionally, this position is responsible for the development and collection of necessary slides for the N.A. Seihan presentation. This presentation is presented to the CEO every month. It clearly and succinctly explains current issues and AHM's proposed sales and production changes.
