Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance activities
• Take initiative in finding and implementing efficiency improvements to existing equipment and processes
• Assist in the installation, start-up, and qualification of new equipment
• Replace defective variable frequency drives and/or motors
• Review equipment technical documentation to update preventative maintenance schedules
• Analyze maintenance data for the implementation of a predictive maintenance program
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and time spent
• Set up and troubleshoot process equipment
• Work closely with production to quickly resolve technical issues
