About The Position
As the Inbound Sales Specialist, you will use strategies and tactics for identifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities for renting and selling modular buildings across a variety of industry segments. In this role, you will support the sales team with managing and qualifying inbound web leads and phone calls generated by our marketing lead generation programs. In addition, you will work with the Regional Sales Manager on existing customers lease addendums, purchase of equipment of rent, and customer to customer contract take-overs. In this position you will be expected to handle a high volume of daily calls with prospective customers in a strategic and consultative manner, with warm handoffs to other sales representatives when appropriate due to timing or complexity constraints. As the Sales Specialist you are responsible for achieving assigned monthly performance goals, as well as supporting the team's performance goals.
