About The Position

AnswerNet is looking for remote customer-oriented service representatives who provide high-level customer service solutions to all customers/clients on a daily basis. The role involves taking consistent inbound calls specific to each program or project assigned, and making outbound calls if necessary. Representatives will use the tools provided by AnswerNet and the client to properly document all customer interactions while maintaining integrity regarding both the company and the customer, adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • At least one year of actual Call Center experience, working with an automatic dialer, and call scripting
  • A clear, professional, and friendly voice
  • High-Level People Skills, Active Listening Skills, and Strong Communication Skills
  • Outstanding attendance and punctuality
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Basic Computer Skills and computer literacy are a must
  • Spanish/English Bilingual is Mandatory
