About The Position

The Imaging Service Spec III is responsible for performing installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks on diagnostic medical equipment specific to medical devices. This includes inspecting, testing, replacing, and adjusting malfunctioning components and parts, as well as keeping records of system problems and issues.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology, Electronic Technology, Imaging Service Technology or a related field OR related military training.
• Five (5) years of experience performing corrective and preventive maintenance on high tech diagnostic equipment.
• In lieu of degree, eight (8) years of relevant experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Radiology Equipment Service (CRES) is preferred.
• Vendor training preferred.
• Specialized training by manufacturer or third-party equipment repair in high end equipment.
