About The Position

The In House Temporary Recruiting Manager will lead the recruitment efforts for the Ontario team, focusing on sourcing, hiring, and placing employees that align with customer needs. This role involves analyzing market trends, serving as a liaison between customers and employees, and enhancing the company's image within the community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for impacting lives and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in staffing, customer service, or human resources.
• Strong customer service orientation and ethical conduct.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize in a multi-task environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize human resources skills to source, hire, and place employees who match customer needs.
• Analyze current market trends for recruiting methods, staffing trends, and competitive wage information.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and employees, investigating and documenting matters requiring intervention.
• Research new business opportunities and additional services for current customers.
• Enhance the company image in the community by developing relationships with local organizations and leaders.
