About The Position

The Integrated Behavioral Health Manager oversees the Ambulatory Care Services Integrated Behavioral Health Division, providing administrative, educational, and clinical oversight. This role involves managing clinical service delivery, staff management, and participating in quality improvement initiatives to ensure effective service delivery and compliance with regulations. The manager also engages in direct clinical service provision and acts as a liaison with community partners to further the division's goals.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related human services degree.
  • Successful completion of coursework and examination for licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Psychologist.
  • Extensive skills in business and leadership with the ability to foster inter-organizational relationships.
  • Ability to develop and implement operational policies and strategic objectives.
  • Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and motivation to work in a dynamic interdisciplinary team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in grant writing and oversight.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance products.
  • Advanced knowledge in psychological practice in primary care medical settings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate clinical service delivery and daily activities of employees in accordance with regulations.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and administer disciplinary actions for staff.
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing, and standard workflows, assigning and reviewing work.
  • Provide administrative and clinical supervision to licensed providers and employees.
  • Facilitate quality improvement initiatives, research, and data collection for program sustainability.
  • Contribute to LEAN processes and performance improvement initiatives.
