About The Position

Total Comfort is seeking HVAC Technicians to troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems. This role offers year-round full-time work with high earning potential, comprehensive training, and a supportive work environment focused on customer service excellence.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in attics and crawl spaces and lift heavy objects regularly.
• Willingness to work long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

• Experience with technical, sales, safety, and leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during all interactions.
• Participate in paid orientation and training programs.
