HVAC Branch/Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support regional operational activities and oversee all aspects of the branch and warehouse operations.
• Drive branch sales growth in units and Parts and Supplies.
• Provide operational support and management of the branch.
• Manage customer support and maintain an efficient operation.
• Develop and train the Counter Sales and Warehouse Associates.
• Maintain inventory control within the branch and region to ensure 98% cycle count accuracy.
• Manage all shipping and receiving activities to ensure safe and efficient handling and storage of products.
• Train warehouse personnel in material handling methods and ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, including forklift certification.
• Manage the product selection function for the location.
• Administer Factory Warranty policies, review and approve warranty claims, and manage the disposition of defective items.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of branch/warehouse management experience
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software
• Strong interpersonal, customer relationship and decision-making skills
• Effective and professional communication and organization skills
• Strong analytical skills and a positive human relations orientation
