About The Position

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the technology systems that handle HR data and processes within an organization. This role ensures that HRIS software operates smoothly and accurately, enabling the HR department to function efficiently and make informed, data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree required in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in HRIS, HR analytics, or related HR/IT roles.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., UKG, Workday, SAP, Oracle, ADP).
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • HRIS certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) or relevant technical certification (e.g., SQL, data analysis tools).
