Job Summary Responsible for working with a cross functional team that encompasses representation from all business groups to understand current challenges and procedures to drive department efficiencies. Works to define our current processes that support our broader HR team who support other stakeholders like Finance, People leaders and employees and to define the future state that will be enabled through technology. • Partners with HR Business Partners and Talent Management to execute cyclical employee activities such as compensation planning, performance calibrations, talent calibrations, and employee sentiment survey analysis • Assists in pulling and analyzing data and reporting as part of HR-related projects and business objectives • Collaborates with Talent Management lead, HRBPs, and HR COE partners on the design, development, implementation, and execution of specific programs/initiatives to support the development of strategic skills/talent/roles for the business • Supports the team with project planning and execution of HR-related programs • Builds and maintains relationships with HR Business Partners and COE partners • Gains a strong understanding of HRIS capabilities as it relates to the employee data and execution of related task • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Oversee execution of Workday adoption and change management needs in collaboration with the Strategic Partners COEs
  • Interact closely with matrixed cross-functional teams (both local BU and corporate) in order to secure alignment
  • Maintain and manage HR processes to ensure efficiency
  • Serve as subject matter experts for WD system and reporting
  • Execute and provide the right resources for key deliverables on the projects
  • Contribute on project teams providing expertise in the use of various tools and techniques ensuring project success
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 Years of relevant work experience
